Peptides Wales is a small, independent supplier based in South Wales. We are not a large operation, and we do not intend to behave like one.
The business was started by two people from South Wales who believed this market could be served considerably better than it was being served.
The observation was a simple one. Buyers were being asked to choose between sensible pricing and dependable service, as though the two were naturally opposed. We did not accept that trade-off, and the business exists to remove it.
We also understand where we stand. Trust in this industry is not claimed in a paragraph on a website; it is accumulated one order, one answer and one dispatch at a time. As a new business we begin with none of it, and we are entirely comfortable with that. It simply means the work is the argument.
These are undertakings about how the business runs. They are the things we control, and the things we expect to be held to.
Accessible pricing is a deliberate commercial position rather than a temporary promotion. We would rather take a smaller margin on a customer who returns than a larger one on a customer who does not.
Every order is put together and verified by one of us, and packaged so that it arrives in the condition it left in. Each one is given a tracking number once it has been dispatched. We confirm timing when you ask, rather than leaving you to find out after you have paid.
Enquiries are answered by the people who run the business. There is no call centre, no script and no deflection.
Every customer is dealt with the way we would want to be dealt with ourselves.
Being independent is the advantage, not the limitation. We are not processing thousands of anonymous orders through a warehouse, and we are not insulated from our customers by layers of process.
Every order is prepared and checked by one of us. We intend to keep it that way for as long as it is practical to do so, because it is the part of the business that is genuinely difficult to replicate at scale.
