Delivery is by Royal Mail Next Day Tracked at £4.99. An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.

It is not legal advice, it has not been approved, and it must not be relied on as a statement of your rights or of our obligations until a professional review is complete. Sections marked [TO BE CONFIRMED] are decisions that have not yet been made.
Delivery within the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail Next Day Tracked, at £4.99 per order. That is the carrier and the service we book. We do not add a delivery promise of our own on top of it, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
The delivery charge is shown as its own line in the basket and again at checkout, before an order is placed. It is not introduced late, and it is not folded into the price of an item.

An order can be cancelled at any point before it is dispatched. If you cancel before dispatch, we issue a full refund of the amount paid for that order, including the delivery charge.
To cancel, email support@peptideswales.co.uk with your order reference. If the order has already been dispatched by the time your message reaches us, it can no longer be cancelled, and the position in the next section applies.
Once an order has been dispatched, the items cannot be returned and the order cannot be refunded.
The reason is storage. These are temperature-sensitive and condition-sensitive materials. Once an item has left us, we have no way to verify how it has been kept, how it has been handled, or what it has been exposed to. An item whose storage we cannot verify is an item we cannot supply to anyone else, so a return would not put it back into stock — it would take it out of use entirely. We are not willing to resupply material on the assumption that it was looked after.
This is why we would rather hear from you early than late. If you are unsure about an order, tell us before it is dispatched. Faulty and incorrect items are dealt with separately, below.
A policy of no returns after dispatch may not stand if this business sells to consumers rather than to businesses.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give a consumer buying at a distance a right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, subject to a limited set of exemptions. The site is built for supply to businesses and research organisations, where that right does not apply in the same way.
Whether any sale made here is a consumer sale, and whether any exemption covers these materials, are questions we are not qualified to answer. We are not asserting a position either way. This section, and the returns section above, must be confirmed in writing by a solicitor before launch, and amended if the answer requires it.
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email support@peptideswales.co.uk with your order reference and a description of what has arrived. Photographs of the item and of the outer packaging help us understand what has happened.
We do not state a fixed resolution or a timescale here, because what is appropriate depends on what has gone wrong. We would rather work that out with you than publish a promise we might not be able to keep. Nothing on this page affects any statutory rights you may have.
