Delivery is by Royal Mail Next Day Tracked at £4.99. An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Delivery within the United Kingdom is by Royal Mail Next Day Tracked, at £4.99 per order. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of an order being placed — normal business hours apply. The delivery service itself is provided by Royal Mail under their own terms.
Items are dispatched in protective packaging and are transported at room temperature. Storage guidance for each item after arrival is on its product page.
The delivery charge is shown as its own line in the basket and again at checkout, before an order is placed. It is not introduced late, and it is not folded into the price of an item.

An order can be cancelled at any point before it is dispatched. If you cancel before dispatch, we issue a full refund of the amount paid for that order, including the delivery charge.
To cancel, email enquiries@peptideswales.co.uk with your order reference. If the order has already been dispatched by the time your message reaches us, it can no longer be cancelled, and the position in the next section applies.
Once an order has been dispatched, the items cannot be returned and the order cannot be refunded.
The reason is storage. These are temperature-sensitive and condition-sensitive materials. Once an item has left us, we have no way to verify how it has been kept, how it has been handled, or what it has been exposed to. An item whose storage we cannot verify is an item we cannot supply to anyone else, so a return would not put it back into stock — it would take it out of use entirely. We are not willing to resupply material on the assumption that it was looked after.
This is why we would rather hear from you early than late. If you are unsure about an order, tell us before it is dispatched. Faulty and incorrect items are dealt with separately, below.
If an item arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email enquiries@peptideswales.co.uk with your order reference and a description of what has arrived, within 24 hours of the delivery being received. Photographs of the item and of the outer packaging help us understand what has happened.
