An account settles the commercial side once, so that ordering afterwards is straightforward. Every application is read and decided by a person. Nothing here is approved automatically.

Before you start

What we ask for, and why.

Who you are: A name, a role and a way to reach you. The same two people who run everything else read the application.
The organisation: The account is held by an organisation rather than an individual, so this is the part we verify.
Where things go: A billing address, and a delivery address where that differs from it.
What the work is: A short description of the research context. We do not ask for health, patient or personal medical information, and none should be sent.

How review works

A person reads every application. Approval is not automatic, and no timeframe is guaranteed. We may come back to you for more before we decide, and we will say plainly if we cannot proceed.
